Drinking Age requirements
No one under the age of 18 is allowed
to purchase online through our site. You must firstly confirm your age and agree
to our terms and conditions, which restrict purchase of Alcoholic products, to
the public under the age of 18.

The
site is active in its security and has the cover from DPS and a full
certification available.
Service provided
At
SquashedGrape we provide a direct marketing arm to the NZ public, and make
available to the public New Zealand made wines, Olive Oil products and water
brands. We keep all information at up to date as possible but do rely on the
suppliers to update us with changes as they occur, either with stock
availability or changes to product ranges
Pricing
All pricing
on this site is determined via the various suppliers and agreed with them prior
to being added to the site. The suppliers have the right to change these prices
at any point and any specials will be highlighted alongside the normal pricing
Order Quantities
The suppliers
and / or their specific distributors set order quantities. This is not in the
control of SquashedGrape, and again you are advised to carefully check the
quantities for ordering that are available by each separate supplier. Depending
on the supplier this could be single bottles or it can be mixed and single case
lots.
Delivery and Freight
This will
vary from region to region, and by supplier, as no one supplier uses the same
mode of distribution. Please check to see the rates for delivery in your region,
by supplier, as this is an area over which we have no control. Delivery times do
vary as suppliers on the site are situated all over New Zealand, and therefore
delivery time will vary.
Payment
All payment
is via direct credit card payment or via pre approved cheque payment. Please be
aware no deliveries will take place where cheques are used for payment, until it
has been cleared by the banks concerned.
Availability and stock
We aim to
ensure all products that are on the site are available at all times, but changes
do occur and any out of stock situations will be highlighted on each product.
Should the product go out of stock mid ordering, you will receive an immediate
and full refund and a request if you would like to place another order

All aspects
of this remain the property of SquashedGrape Ltd. and any attempt to copy or
infringe on these rights will result in immediate legal action.

The Sale of Liquor Act regulates the liquor industry. It is your
responsibility to ensure that your actions comply with this legislation.

We use
e-mail for communication purposes (order notifications, etc). Therefore, it is
essential to provide a valid e-mail address to be able to use our services
correctly. All your private data is confidential. We will never sell, exchange
or market it in any way.
Claims
All claims
must come with the following detail:
Date order
placed on line, products chosen, quantities, and verification, via copy of
invoice and delivery note
OUR GUARANTEE
If, for any reason you have been
unhappy with the product you have purchased, for whatever reason, return it to
the winery or distributor you purchased it from, within 30 days of invoice and
it will be replaced or you will receive a full refund
